Where in Cornwall can you find a mysterious Russian, Napoleonic soldiers, a schoolgirl detective and a victim of religious mania?
Come and find out on magical theatre walks in Redruth's historic St Euny churchyard from 18-21 May
Fascinating characters, at rest in the grounds of the 'Mining Church' will be brought to life by a new community company, Perthi Kov (Cornish for 'remember') that combines the talents of some of Cornwall's most exciting theatre makers, writers, musicians and actors.
Sue Hill (of WildWorks and Kneehigh) leads a company including writers Anna Maria Murphy, Mercedes Kemp and Tamsin Spargo, and actors including Rebecca Hulbert, Scary Little Girls' Shazz Andrew, and members of Story Republic. New music has been commissioned from Claire Ingleheart and Hilary Coleman. The Ingleheart Singers join the Red River Singers in the performances.
