Join the Tamar Valley Walking for Health programme which takes place every Thursday morning from January - June 2018
Tamar Valley Walking for Health walks are fun, free and friendly – perfect to help you get active at a gentle pace and meet new people. If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of our walks a few minutes early, so that one of our trained walk leaders can take your details. Then you’re free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like.
The walking routes also take in much of the rich mining heritage of the valley which saw this area included as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006.
If you would like to know more before you start, just get in touch with the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) team at: 01822 835030 or: firstname.lastname@example.org
